Thanks for your wonderful mail, and that's why i will like us to be very good friends because am suffering over here in the refugee camp and i have a secret to share with you, because you sound like a very good person with policy i really appreciate and i pray that God guides us through this relationship,

All this while i have been searching for a good and honest person, but i see you as a very nice person, and i will like to share the secret of my life with you, and as it is now i need your trust and sincerity, through this,because i have been hiding this secret for a very long time now, but now am telling you this secret of my life, but the question , is that can i count on you?.
I use the rev fathers computer to send mails i don't have time to chat because its not my computer Like i told you earlier am residing in a refugee camp, and we don't have access out of the camp any how, so as time goes on and we proceed, but can i count on you like a true friend?

I am very happy in your reply to my mail.How is your day? Mine was hot over here in Dakar Senegal. My name is vera .david,i am (24) years, single and never married and has no kids.

I am from Liberia in west Africa but presently i am residing in the refugee camp here in Dakar,Senegal as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country. My late father Dr David Williams was the chairman managing director of davison .K. INDUSTRY COMPANY LTD,in Monrovia Liberia, and he is also the personal adviser to the former head of state before the rebels attacked our house one early morning killing my mother and my father.

I was the only survival in my family now and i managed to make my way to near by country Senegal where i am living now as a refugee.I would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes,your hobbies and what you are doing presently.
I will tell you more about myself in my next mail.Attached here is my picture and i will like to see yours, Hoping to hear from you soonest.

Jag undrar varför jag inte får några fina giftaserbjudanden. Jag som har massor av pengar att göra mig av med. Är det fel på mig? Är jag inte tillräckligt friluftsig, eller gör jag något annat fel?

I am more than happy in your reply to my mail, the ablity to lead me and let me trust you . How is your day?. Mine is a little bit cool over here in refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal.

It's just like one staying in the prison and i hope by Gods grace i will come out here soon if you help me. i am using pastor computer. I don't have any brother,sister or relatives now whom i can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person i have now is Rev Samuel Martin! s who is the pastor of the (HOPE OF GLORY CHURCH) here in the camp, he has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him rather i am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.

The Pastors Tel number is (00221-77 220 02 29. ) if you call tell him that you want to speak with Vera so that he will send for me .You know as a refugee here i don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.

I want to go back to my studies after because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident which lead me into this situation.

Please listen to this, i have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which i can send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is! (Eight point six Million Dollars). So i will like you to help me contact this bank to transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you in your country to proceed my Education.

I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me. So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone because i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it.

Remember i am giving you all this information due to the trust i have on you. I like honest and understanding people,truthful and a man of vision,truth and hardworking. My favorite language is English but very fluently. Meanwhile i will like you to call me like i said i have a lot to tell you and i will give you the information of the bank once i heard from you. Have a nice day and think about me all the time.

Det mâste finnas ett antal personer som faktiskt gâr pâ den här sortens bluff, annars skulle dom ju inte hâlla pâ.
Hur i hela friden kan man vara sâ korkad?

Har en fd FN-kompis som numera är polisbefäl någonstans nere i V-afrika. Han påstår att de (skojarna) håller kurser kring internetcafe'r därner i ämnena (bluff och båg) och att det är mycket luckerativt....Jag tror honom gärna.
För många år sen hörde jag om en Sv bedragare som opererade innefrån fängelsets väggar och han hade lurat av ensamma människor årslöner, på att utge sig vara kvinna...
Endast viljan att anstränga sig för lite tenn, prispokaler, är väl nästan lika stor som driften att vara två...

Nä, exakt, det räcker med att en enda av de där 6000 du skickar brevet till nappar och skickar ett par tusen, så har du gått runt. Att skriva brevet är ju ingen större arbetsinsats, så timpenningen blir ändå rätt bra. Även om det är nedrans oetiskt, ffa mtp att de som svarar troligen oftast är ensamma/desperata/inte har alla fåren hemma.

Men visst, jag slås också av hur osannolikt korkade en del bedragarmail är, mer on the behalf of the bedragaren. Alltså, när de påstår att de jobbar för min (i mailet inte namngivna) internetbank och vill ha mina kontokoder per mail, samtidigt som det är ett stavfel/grammatiskt fel i nästan varje mening (bokstavligt talat alltså), då undrar man över deras IQ. Finns det ingen kompetensutvecklingskurs för bedragare? Eller är det vi sitter här som bevisligen är så j-la intelligenta som borde ägnat oss åt en kriminell bana?
