This man is not pole vaulting, the pole got stuck in the middle of something ,he tried to pull it and ended up loosing the raft....he knew what going down a river without control means....fortunally we had the kajak paddles and the extra poler and could make it to shore and wait for him with the pole.....the current gets very fast there...
