Hm om du läser ut vad som supportas eller ej ur raderna nedan så känns det inte mycket att luta sig mot...
Fördelen att ej ha bilder som laddas upp är att det borde gå snabbare att rendera/överföra etc.
Att kunna lägga in tid i KML skulle kunna ge möjlighet att ha isläggningen i kartan...

The max number of Custom Map jpegs you can load is 100.
The time it take to draw the map is directly proportional to the file size of the jpegs being drawn.
